Stephen Smith announces candidacy for District Judge in the 386Th Judicial District!

Stephen Smith was a volunteer for CASA (Child Advocates of San Antonio) for several years and assisted several children who suffered abuse and neglect. This experience motivated him to become a licensed foster parent for the State of Texas. His efforts were the subject of a San Antonio Express News article. He remains dedicated to the children of Bexar county.
